The exhaust specialist has launched its Offroad Line exhaust system for the KTM 790/890 Adventure and Husqvarna Norden 901. It’s designed to deliver a lighter setup, improved performance, and the unmistakable REMUS soundtrack.
Designed and manufactured in Europe, the new system has been developed specifically for these popular middleweight adventure machines. It offers a premium upgrade for riders who want to get more from every ride.

Whether you’re tackling long-distance touring, gravel roads, or technical off-road sections, the new REMUS Offroad Line has been engineered to complement the versatile nature of the KTM and Husqvarna adventure platforms.
Compatible with Euro 5 and Euro 5+ models from 2021 onwards, the system uses the OEM mounting points. This enables a straightforward installation while maintaining a factory-quality fit and finish.
More Performance, Less Weight
As you’d expect from REMUS, this isn’t just about sound.
Testing shows gains of up to 3.3 horsepower and 2.8 Nm of torque on the KTM 790 Adventure, while the KTM 890 Adventure and Husqvarna Norden 901 benefit from increases of up to 3.1 horsepower and 3.0 Nm of torque.
The system also delivers a significant reduction in weight compared to the original exhaust setup, helping improve agility and handling both on and off the road.
Two Versions Available
REMUS is offering the new Offroad Line in two configurations.
The first is an EC / ECE type-approved version, making it suitable for European road use while retaining a deeper, more distinctive exhaust note.
For riders seeking a more aggressive setup, there’s also a racing version with a removable sound insert.
Both versions feature a sleek black stainless-steel finish that perfectly complements the rugged styling of the KTM Adventure and Husqvarna Norden range.
