STAGE 2 SPORT CLUTCH KIT.
Step into high-performance territory with Stage 2 Sport Kits. Engineered for a clamping load 60-120% higher than aftermarket counterparts, these kits boast a pressure plate with ductile material, ensuring high burst strength across all temperature ranges.
The Stage 2 Sport clutch kits are designed to handle the abuse of high-power modified engines whist retaining adequate drivability. Offered with Ceramic friction material, the disc assembly can handle much more abuse than standard, organic discs with minimal slip or fade.
This Clutch is a hybrid solution for daily drivers with a thirst for weekend thrills on the track or circuit. Designed to endure the demands of high-powered modified engines, the clutch disc assembly is manufactured with a full-face Segmented Ceramic friction material, which benefits from the following characteristics:
- Higher operating temperatures – the Ceramic friction enables the clutch to withstand higher operating temperatures during engagement cycle of the clutch and the transmition of the engine torque to the driving wheels. Within the challenging motorsport environment, the organic friction material supplied on the Stage 1 & Stage 1 Street HD, will burst due to excessive heat, usually around 250-degrees C. The Ceramic friction can manage between 500 and 550-degrees C.
- Progressive disengagement / engagement – despite being equipped with a Ceramic material which is usually associated with a more abrupt engagement, the friction it still mounted upon a Marcel Fin which acts as the cushion required to maintain the progressive feel of the engagement cycle.

ECO SPORT CLUTCH KIT.
The Eco Sport Clutch Kit has been developed as a cost-effective alternative to the Stage 3 Sport Ceramic Paddle Clutch to make it even more accessible to the enthusiast racing on a budget. The characteristics of this option are:
- The Eco Sport Clutch Kit is aimed at the enthusiast involved in grassroots motorsports, racing with only light modifications to their vehicle. The Clutch Cover Assembly therefore only requires between a 25 and 60% clamp load increase, fitted against a standard HT250, iron pressure plate. This allows us to keep the cost of this kit below that of the Stage 3 Sports Clutch Kit.
- Despite being a budget option, the Eco Sport Clutch Kit still contains a Ceramic Paddle Clutch Disc, maintaining the sharp responsiveness of the Stage 3 Sport Clutch Kit.

- An OER (Original Equipment Replacement) clutch kit. Organic fibre friction material mounted to a Marcel Fin to provide a smooth disengagement / engagement, this clutch kit is well suited for the daily commute.
- Despite being designed for road use only, the best quality materials are used for the manufacture of the Standard Clutch Kits.
