Firstly, we would like to wish you a Happy New Year and again thank you for your support throughout the previous year. We look forward to taking things up a level for 2021!
For now, we need to address one of the most important issues – Brexit.
Following the announcement from the Government at the end of last year we are now able to confirm the following:
1. We will continue to deliver to our European dealers without tariffs
2. We are currently NOT able to drop-ship to end customers in Europe for any dealers
3. We need your EORI number – Please send this ASAP! (European dealers only)
Currently we believe there may be a slight delay for parcels crossing the border. There have been some additional charges applied but we have made the decision currently to absorb these ourselves and not pass them on.
DPD has already re-opened its European road service and has been preparing for Brexit ever since the initial announcements so we are confident in offering the best available service.
Once DHL have resumed their European road service we will be splitting our deliveries between DPD and DHL for optimum efficiency.
