Coronavirus – COVID-19

With the increasing threat that Coronavirus (COVID-19) is currently presenting to all of our day to day lives, we wanted to take the time to let you know the steps that we are taking at The Performance Company to prioritise the safety of all of our staff and customers.

For the foreseeable future, we will continue to operate and trade as normal.

We are constantly monitoring and keeping up to date with all of the latest advice from both the Government and World Health Organisation. This is allowing us to operate in the safest possible way whilst maintaining the same high levels of service that our customers have come to expect from us.

All of our staff are being encouraged to wash their hands regularly to help prevent the spread of germs, and self-isolate if they, or any members of their household are suffering any symptoms.

Where it allows we are also operating a working from home policy to again ensure the safety of our staff and customers while retaining a functional business. All of our staff as always are dedicated to keeping both The Performance Company and your businesses going.

We are unfortunately having to re-schedule any current meetings booked over the coming weeks as we are not currently accepting external visitors or collections. This is again to help keep everyone safe and reduce infection risk. We are still obviously contactable by phone and email.

Currently we hold a stock of over 10,000 parts in stock ready for quick despatch. Currently all of our suppliers are also continuing to operate on a similar basis to ourselves so at this stage we anticipate almost no interruption compared to our normal service.

We will continue to monitor and review this advice as it comes. Obviously if the advice from the Government or World Health Organisation we will again adapt and overcome the situation.

We want to take the time to thank you for your ongoing support.  We wish you continued good health and look forward to working with you through this challenging time. Together we can beat this and keep this industry going strong!
